Main Responsibilities 主要工作職責：1. HSE安全、環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康·Responsible for shift employees safety and health management, lead the whole shift to strictly abide by the company"s policy and regulations, constantly improve the safety awareness of the whole shift; 負責本班組員工的安全健康管理, 帶領全班嚴格遵守公司的各項規(guī)章制度、不斷提高全班人員的安全意識；
·Responsible for production utility safety management; 負責生產公用工程的安全管理；
·Responsible for production “three waste” and rain water management, legal compliance; 遵守法律法規(guī)，負責生產三廢和雨排水的管理；
·Taking appropriate emergency response to safety and environmental incidents or accidents in the production process, and report to the responsible person in time; 對生產過程中的安全環(huán)保事件或事故的采取適當?shù)膽狈磻�，及時匯報相關負責人；
·On behalf of the company’s management, responsible for the approval and implementation of the company"s safety production and maintenance activities during the duty period, quick on-site emergency response of HSE events, and timely report to the relevant responsible person; 代表公司管理層，負責值班期間公司安全生產和維修活動的批準和實施，HSE事件的現(xiàn)場快速應急響應，及時匯報相關負責人；
·Receive government work inspection during abnormal working hours; 接待政府非正常工作時間的工作巡查；
2. Operation運營·Under the leadership of PUT Workshop Supervisor, responsible for taking charge of the overall work of the shift, organize and supervise the staff to complete all tasks within the responsibilities; 在PUT車間主任的領導下，負責主持本班組的全面工作，組織并督促員工全面完成職責范圍內的各項工作任務；
·Responsible for shift’s energy and utility management; 負責本班組能源、公用工程的管理工作；
·Responsible for arrange and supervise the implementation of production plan負責安排和監(jiān)督生產計劃落實情況；
·Responsible for working with technical department, oxidization workshop, distillation workshop, WWT,TF etc. to strengthen the cooperation with related departments; 負責密切與技術部、氧化車間、精制車間、水處理車間和罐區(qū)等部門的工作聯(lián)系，加強與有關部門的協(xié)作配合工作；
·Responsible for the basic work of production statistics and accounting, inputting production daily date in SAP; 負責做好生產統(tǒng)計核算基礎統(tǒng)計工作，進行SAP系統(tǒng)內日報數(shù)據(jù)的錄入；
·Responsible for the scheduling of shift, scientific balance of comprehensive production capacity, reasonable arrangement of production time, balance of electricity, save energy, save production costs, reduce production costs; 負責本班組生產調度，科學地平衡綜合生產能力，合理安排生產作業(yè)時間，平衡用電、節(jié)約能源、節(jié)約產品制造費用、降低生產成本；
·Responsible for the inspection, supervision and assessment of the patrol inspection system and shift system負責巡回檢查制，交接班制的檢查，督促和考核；
3. Others 其它· Complete other tasks assigned by the superior leaders完成上級領導安排的其他任務
